GOLD FOR EUAN IN MOSCOW
Euan Burton achieved a fantastic result by clinching the Gold medal at the Moscow Super World Cup, which took place on the 5th-6th May.
Burton, who beat Germany’s Ole Bishchof in the final, demonstrated both tactical awareness and mental strength throughout the competition, constantly adapting his style to win the well deserved gold.
This is the first time in History a British Man has won
this tournament.
Britain won a further four medals with the Club's Sarah Clark finishing just outside the medals with a 5th place. James Millar finished 7th in the 63kg category.
As an Olympic qualification event the results will be a welcome boost to the points in the Olympic qualifying ranking lists
